I believe God has given me a unique passion for coaching others. I have an unshakable belief that you are capable of more. I can see what you are doing and what you could be doing and I want to help you make that journey. My greatest joy in life is watching you do something you didn’t think you could.

I believe that you and I were created to make an impact. God made you for a purpose. God saved you so the world could fully realize all he designed you to be. In the apostle Paul’s words, you are a masterpiece and the world is waiting to be impressed. My purpose is to help you become impressive – to help you reach the ImpactPoint God designed for you long ago.

I have created ImpactPoint Strategies to express these beliefs. I want to help you bring vision and planning together into a clear strategy. I want to help you do more than you think you can. I want to help you impact the world in Jesus name.

The Personal Stuff

I am married to the cutest girl in my 4th Grade Sunday School class and together we share the privilege of parenting two teens. I studied theology and ministry at Pacific Christian College (now part of Hope International University). I studied management at Sonoma State University. I have been in church ministry for 20 years, serving in a variety of roles. I have been a youth pastor, and associate pastor and a church planter. I have served in small, stable, traditional churches and large, growing, contemporary churches. When I’m not reading, writing or talking about ideas I like to spend time on the water skiing with my family or in my woodshop making sawdust and occasionally something actually useful.
