In life, business or ministry a coach functions in much the same way. A coach asks questions, helps you focus your attention on specific issues, collaborates in setting goals and developing a plan to raise your own level of performance. Regardless of your position, or experience, you are capable of more. A coach comes along side to help you get there.

How often would we meet?
The frequency of meeting varies with each persons particular goals. The more intense the growth you are seeking, the more you will benefit from frequent coaching. You can choose to schedule coaching weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
How long would coaching last?
The goal of coaching is help you reach a specific goal, thus the coaching should continue on a time frame consistent with your goals. The minimum coaching commitment is three months and may extend for six months or a year.
How much does coaching cost?
The actual cost of coaching will be determined by your particular needs and goals, however, you should expect fees to begin at $300 for the initial three month agreement.
First, we should talk.
Coaching is a relationship. Communication is a coaches most effective tool. So, we begin with a conversation— about who you are, where you are and where you want to go. We can talk face to face or over the phone. It will only cost you an hour of your time and there is no obligation.
Next, we need a plan.
Together, we will create a coaching agreement that details how often we will meet, and for how long. You will be able to identify specific goals or skills that you want to focus on and develop. I will provide clear expectations of the investment of time and money needed for your success.
Then, together, we work the plan.
If you want to learn a new skill, get through a wall, or get around a road block, coaching may be short-term. If you want to make a major transition, complete a significant goal, or pursue a life of ever increasing kingdom impact, coaching may be more long-term. Most importantly, we give God our best and see what He does with it.
